Description
Smooth tube intake hoses replaces the restrictive factory accordion on the GEN1 and GEN2 Viper. These smooth tubes, with a 7 degree bend, are what are found on the ACR models. Smooth tube intake hoses amplify the engine’s intake sound, reduce heat soak, quicken throttle response and increase power.
Independent testing by MotoIQ found peak power gains of 14 wheel horsepower and 12 wheel torque with smooth tube intakes and drop-in K&N air filters. Power gains are throughout the entire power band.
